Hi, I’m TJ.

I love cooperative storytelling — the kind you build together through tabletop role-playing. I’ve spent over a decade running games, leading my school’s tabletop club, and learning how to keep players engaged and immersed.

Why I run games

Meeting new players and watching them discover a world for the first time is magic. Newcomers notice things veterans take for granted, and those fresh reactions make every session alive and unpredictable.

Storytelling is an art

For years I didn't call myself an artist — but storytelling is an art. After thousands of hours running D&D and similar systems, I’ve built a toolkit of techniques that create memorable sessions and teach players how to tell better stories themselves.

10,000 hours? Maybe. I keep practicing.

I’m not Matt Mercer or Brennan Lee Mulligan — I’m TJ. Expect unique nights out and the tools to keep creating long after the dice stop rolling.

It's been quite a few. I definitely remember the tournament two years ago...

Trent always comes prepared and is great at making the games fit the players! It's always a pleasure having him as a DM!

About three or four years gaming.

Great DM, quick on his feet, creative, fair, runs a very enjoyable game. Just don’t stun his dire orca.
